8. Will there be invited speakers from the IASLC?
9. How will the IASLC be recognized on the flyers and at the meeting? Will there be any special promotion of the IASLC as a Society?
10. What is the budget and budget sources of the Educational Event?
11. Do you request endorsement by IASLC (IASLC logo, announcements on IASLC web-site and in IASLC newsletters)?
12. Do you request financial support from IASLC? If yes, please state amount and purpose of its use?
