The correct definition of the molecular profile of lung cancer patients has become the key point for designing the best therapeutic path to offer to patients. The personalization of treatments can no longer disregard the complete characterization of clinically relevant alterations, such as EGFR mutations, ALK and ROS1 translocations and evaluation of PD-L1 expression.
