In this episode of Lung Cancer Considered, guests Dr. Kristin A. Higgins and Dr. Antonio Calles discuss the case of a 42-year-old woman who presents to the emergency room with right shoulder pain and a dry cough that has worsened over the previous two months. A CT scan reveals she has a four-centimeter mass in her right lobe. Her PDL-1 is 1-2 percent. She has a limited history of smoking but no co-morbidities but she has lost 10 pounds since she was first seen in the emergency room.
